Personal Trainers and all are certificate III &  IV certified.  Our Trainers are all enthusiastic and motivated people and most importantly love their jobs and helping others achieve goals.  PT delivers one on one training that allows you to have a tailored a program to suit you, target the areas you want to change and increase your fitness level.  A personalized approach that improves your technique with your exercises to maximize your results.

We have introduced Group Personal Training with our highly experienced and qualified trainers. If you feel you need for that extra kick to get the body out of winter hibernation and back to the beach body, then Group Personal Training is for you. Enjoy sharing your workouts with fellow training partners, motivate each other, get inspired by training with others, and reach your goals together. 7-Week Shape-Up

The Sweatmaster 7-week shape-up is a fun competition designed to help you lose weight, tone up, and increase your fitness to a level you never thought was achievable! The competition includes ongoing support from our motivated trainers, 2 of the latest bio-impedance tests, healthy recipes, nutrition night and 7 weeks of nutrition guidance, regular help from your allocated personal trainer including weekly training schedules as well as lots of prizes, giveaways, and incentives to keep you focused and motivated along the way. At Sweatmaster, we understand that fitness is about more than just your body shape, more than just a quick fix. We can show you how many kgs of muscle you have, how many kgs of fat you have – did you know you have 2 types of fat in your body? Subcutaneous and Visceral. It’s the Visceral fat that is the most indicative of lifestyle and health issues. Our insights will assist in preventative and predictive lifestyle disease awareness.
